Study on Rheology and Stability of Light Curing Silicon Oxide Ceramic Slurry

In this paper, the preparation process of low viscosity light curing silicon oxide ceramic slurry and properties sintered samples were studied. By studying effects type concentration dispersant solid content powder on stability slurry, with viscosity, high good was prepared. The ceramics verified by compressive strength, shrinkage test SEM observation. results show that stearic acid as dispersant, mass fraction is 2wt % particle size 10μm. When 45wt%, lowest most stable can be obtained. After curing, degreasing sintering, strength SiO2 sample prepared optimized parameters 70.01 MPa, average 94.67%. It has performance. grains are arranged orderly, structure dense.
